17 января 2008 года подписаны договоры о предоставлении резервного канала связи между ЗАО «Национальная Спутниковая Компания» и телевизионными каналами «Первый развлекательный СТС» и «Домашний». Подача сигнала в тестовом режиме каналов «СТС» и «Домашний» будет осуществляться на спутник Eutelsat W4 с аппаратного комплекса ЗАО «НСК» в Останкино (транспондер № 31, частота 12 303 МГц, поляризация круговая левая, символьная скорость 27500).
